Both boys fell asleep tonight on our evening walk. They looked so cute!!

Sleepy Heads

We made it to get a haircut but Hunter still wasn't feeling good
because he asked to leave the park to go home and take a little rest.
Blake agreed, they both immediately fell asleep on the couch. They are
so precious!

Day 5

Today is day 5 of being home with a sick little dude. I think I have
reached my limit so we had to get out. Yesterday Hunter saw the Dr &
he agreed he was on the mend so today we ventured out to get Hunter a
haircut & a little fresh air at our local park. Here are the boys
waiting at the hair place for our turn.

My poor boy has been sick for 3 days. So sad! :(

Mommy & Me

The boys & I attend a weekly Mommy & Me class. Obviously this is more
for Hunters enjoyment. Blake just likes to test my skills by forcing
me to nurse him while marching in a circle to, "We are the dinasaurs!"

Valentines Day begins

Since Valentines day is coming up I decided to get the boys some books
& window decals to begin the Valentines Day festivities. Of course,
Hunter was thrilled & insisted that his brother be front & center
while he put them on the window.

Apparently this is a comfy spot on the couch

Hunter likes me to place Blake near him when he's playing. It's very
sweet when he reads to him or sets a random toy on top of him to play
with.

Fairyland

Last month The boys & I took a trip to Fairyland with Aunt Mary,
Noelle, Hadley & Taylor. Sadly I forgot my camera but luckily Noelle
brought hers so I was able to steal a few. As always, we had a great
time.

Just another night on our street

We have wonderful neighbors across the street that we have really
grown to love. Tonight the kids enjoyed a few pillow fights & a few
fun filled dog piles before we went home for dinner.

Blakey has joined our nightly reading routine

New Years Eve 2011

New Years Eve in my family has always been about family being together and banging pots and pans! Its one of the traditions that my Grandma Adeline started with my mom and us kids and we all absolutely love it. We all count down. and as the ball drops, we run out on the porch and bang pots and pans while yelling, "Happy New Year!" I have done this every year with Billy (although, he just laughs from the couch) but this year we got all the kids involved and really carried on our tradition with the kids. We had our good friends, Gemma, Justin and Jordyn over along with our family, Noelle & her beautiful new daughter Hadley, and Robbie & Jeremy with their two girls Shelby and Taylor. The kids ran wild and played like crazy and at 12:00 (New York Time) we watched the ball drop and woke up my neighborhood on the porch. My wonderful neighbors across the street even brought their girls out on their porch and joined us in the chaos. It was great fun and the kids LOVED it!

We brought the picnic table into the kitchen so the kids could eat freely together.

 Noelle & Hadley visiting with us after everyone went home. Hadley and Blake were born one week apart so Noelle and I have had the best time being on maternity leave together. I love these two!
