Sleeping habits have officially changed

Well the king of the house has decided that he will no longer sleep in his own bed. Despite our continuous attempts to keep him in his crib he absolutely refuses. He did so well up until he was about 4 months and then flat out stopped. We honestly tried everything and have come to the conclusion that he just wants to sleep with us and gave in. He is such a good baby in every way so if sleeping is the toughest thing we have to deal with, we are pretty lucky.
Here are some pictures of all the places he has no problem sleeping, you will notice there are none in his crib. That's where he does all his crying or laughing at us! :)

In bed with Dad

6:30am, once I was up and drinking my coffee he felt pretty good about going to sleep again on the couch. I think he just wants to make sure I am not slacking. HAHA

Nap time, he won't wake up in my arms while I pull out the blankets and pillows and make a bed in the middle of the day, but he will wake up if I set him in his crib quietly. I don't quite understand.

Another nap, he has a rough life :)

  1. I noticed a change in Anna's naps around 4 months as well - it's like they are more alert to the world and don't want to be in their crib. She was fine before that. For now I just hold her in the rocker until her arms are totally limp then I know I can sneak her into the crib. But yeah, I hear you!!
